15-Day Return (Less S&H)

To return please email us at {perfectbrastraps@strapnguard.com} to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return address. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

For all products/Orders you have 15 days of the original invoice dates for us to receive your Return for us to be able to review for a refund or exchange if it meets our Return Policy. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange after 15 days of the original invoice dates.

All items must also be returned in their original packaging and in new or unused condition. If the item(s) appears to have been used, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their cost and no refund will be issued.

All returns, and returned items will be assessed a 20% return processing fee. 

Additionally, we have the right to charge shipping for items shipped for free.

*If you decide to return your product(s), we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to complete processing of your return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
