RETURNS (if applicable)

30 DAY RETURN (Less S&H)

To return please email us at {customerservice@bellalingerie.shop} to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return address. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

For all products/Orders you have 30 days of the original invoice dates for us to receive your Return for us to be able to review for a refund or exchange if it meets our Return Policy. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days of the original invoice dates.

*For defects items you have 1-2 days from delivery date to email us to begin your return process, *see below DEFECTS.

All items must also be returned in their original packaging and in new or unused condition. If the item(s) appears to have been used, the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their cost and no refund will be issued.

All returns, and returned items will be assessed a 20% return processing fee. 

Additionally, we have the right to charge shipping for items shipped for free.

Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

*If you decide to return your product(s), we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to complete processing of your return.

DEFECTS

For defects items you have 1-2 days from delivery date to email us to begin your return process and to be able to qualify for a full refund (if applicable).

We personally assemble, carefully pack all products in strong corrugated box and carefully check all before shipping to our customers, if you receive an item that is unfortunately defected please report to us with a photo of defect via email within 1-2 days of delivery at {customerservice@bellalingerie.shop for us to review and to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return address. Once we email you the RA# you have 1-2 business days to ship item back using a trackable method to our return address provided.

*If you choose not to email us a trackable number of your return within 1-2 business days after we email to you the Return Authorization number (RA#) your Return will then be processed same as per our 30 DAY RETURN (Less S&H); All returns, and returned items will be assessed a 20% return processing fee. Additionally, we have the right to charge shipping for items shipped for free.

*After reviewing the photo of defect item we will determine if an even exchange is applicable and after confirming with you.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
